Manufacturing Planning Manager

• Lead the planning function at Gimo Inserts
• Ensure production runs on time and with the right capacity
• Build a reliable, agile, and optimized planning process
• Set meaningful KPIs and follow up on performance and cost
• Drive the transition toward modern planning and scheduling
• Promote a data-driven approach
• Anchor new ways of working
• Secure compliance with EHS requirements
• Collaborate closely with production, global planning, and sales areas to resolve bottlenecks, align plans, and improve delivery precision
• Shape the strategic direction for Gimo Inserts
• Ensure company-wide benefits and efficiencies through strong collaboration
• Manage and develop four production planners
• Develop their skills, grow talent and ensure effective succession planning
• Be an active and present leader in Gimo

• Relevant academic background (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, Logistics, Economics or equivalent)
• Several years in production planning, supply chain, or operations within manufacturing
• Strong command of ERP planning tools, SAP or similar
• Confidence in data analysis
• Knowledge of EHS practices
• General understanding of Swedish labor law
• Excellent skills in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing

Courses or certifications in Lean, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or Change Management
