Job Responsibility:
Lead and inspire teammates in paint operations in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Execute daily production plans that bring the 787 Dreamliner to life
Build strong partnerships with Customers, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to solve complex challenges
Develop, manage and coach teammates to unlock their full potential and build future leaders
Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and operational excellence tools
Foster a culture grounded in safety, quality, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship
Help position Boeing South Carolina for continued growth, innovation, and production rate increases
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or equivalent military experience
