Job Description:

Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in product area(s) to meet production, quality, cost and predictability goals for production sites. Responsible for performing varied and general tasks involved in the manufacturing process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Development and implementation of activities in product area(s) to meet production, quality, cost and predictability goals
  • Performing varied and general tasks involved in the manufacturing process
  • Basic manufacturing assembly
  • Installation or processing of components, subsystems or systems
  • Operation of basic hand tools and assigned production or manufacturing machinery
  • Compiling data for reports
  • Executing basic tasks such as cable management and labeling, testing, inspecting and building product
  • Identifying basic manufacturing anomalies
  • Supporting the training of new employees
  • Learning to operate multiple machines
  • Understanding and executing to customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Typically 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing operations
  • Fluency in English and local language
  • Strong mathematics and reading comprehension skills

  • Strong understanding of how to navigate tools and procedures as part of production and assembly
