Job Description

We are seeking Manufacturing Operators for an exciting 6-month fixed-term contract role. With multiple positions available, this is your chance to join a dynamic, innovative organization that’s shaping the future of animal health. We are currently looking for 5 skilled and capable operators with strong manufacturing experience who are fast learners to help support Argenta’s production team to manufacture Animal Health products, ensuring each product and batch meets quality specifications under cGMP standards of our manufacturing licenses.

Job Responsibility

  • Be competent in manufacturing and packaging operations for Solid Dose and Liquids, including operating assembly, packing and labelling equipment and performing in-process quality checks
  • Troubleshooting mechanical problems and providing feedback to Engineers
  • Maintaining a high level of housekeeping and cleanliness within the production area
  • Ensuring all equipment used is cleaned, calibrated and lubricated between batches
  • Production batch documentation is completed accurately and in compliance to cGMP standards
  • Compliance to Health & Safety at all times

Requirements

  • Proven experience in production or manufacturing within a GMP environment, with a strong emphasis on quality and adherence to SOPs
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety practices and a demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
  • Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical, animal health, food, or a related industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively within teams
  • A natural mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Physical fitness is beneficial for this role, including the ability to safely handle items weighing up to 25kg as part of daily operations
  • Must have the right to work in New Zealand
