Manufacturing Operator

Carry out daily tasks as directed by the Shift Lead or Production Manager. Report any production or equipment issues to the Shift Lead or Production Manager. Set up and operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machines in the manufacturing line. Monitor machine parameters such as speed, temperature, flow meters, and gauges. Perform in-process quality inspections using appropriate tools (e.g., calipers, microscopes, micrometers). Conduct basic maintenance and adjustments to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate job reporting through ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Participate in daily or weekly team briefings and production meetings. Adhere to workplace organization practices such as 5S. Perform cross-functional duties in other production areas when required. Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, including hazard identification and reporting.
