Requirements
National 5 or better in Standard Grade Maths and English (relevant work experience will also be considered as a suitable alternative)
School leavers are highly encouraged to apply
Full training will be provided
No specific manufacturing experience is required, but you must be ready to embrace a fast-paced environment and show a genuine passion for our industry
A drive to continuously improve, working collaboratively to make processes better
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external departments to uphold high standards of quality and service
Working in a manufacturing environment with specific gowning requirements for graded and non-graded areas (all PPE will be provided)
Comfortable performing manual handling tasks, which may be repetitive and require standing for long periods
Ability to work safely around chemicals and hazardous materials
