Job Description:

This is an assembly line role. The Impact You’ll Make in this Role: As a(n) Manufacturing Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of th most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Demonstrates safe work behaviors to avoid injury to self and others. Follows operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products which are delivered to customers on time. Works effectively with a manufacturing team and collaborates with others. Contributes to continuous improvement and problem solving. Uses hands, hand tools, compression mold machines, small industrial equipment. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques; Ability to maneuver effectively around the assembly line floor, stock room and office; Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and bending.
