Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Operator to join our production team in Warrington. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our filling department, operating both manual and automated equipment to help deliver high-quality products. This is a fantastic 12-month opportunity with an immediate start date, offering a stable daytime schedule and excellent overtime earning potential.

Job Responsibility

  • Operate manual and automated manufacturing equipment efficiently
  • Work comfortably in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace and complete all production documentation to high quality standards
  • Actively participate in team initiatives to improve daily processes and productivity
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and material handling

Requirements

  • Reliable, punctual, forward-thinking, strong work ethic
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment is preferred, but not required-full training will be provided
  • Willingness to learn, understanding of how tools/machinery operate, ability to spot production or quality issues
  • Ability to work proactively both independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
