Job Description

As a Manufacturing Operative, you will be at the heart of the production process, ensuring products are made efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to contribute. You’ll work closely with team members, this is a hands on role within a busy production environment where you will receive training on industrial and precision machinery

  • Participating in cross- training to increase knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Good level of mechanical aptitude
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of health and safety procedures within a manufacturing setting
