Job Description:

This role involves supporting manufacturing operations, handling machine tasks, packaging, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The position requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within established SOPs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform operational tasks including packaging kits, cleaning, simple quality checks, and routine paperwork
  • Handle basic machine operations: material handling, feeding production lines, clearing common machine faults
  • Participate in set-up, start-up, shut-down, and adjustments of machines
  • Provide input on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and help manage operational metrics such as output and scrap
  • Utilize SAP for inventory tracking and production management
  • Work with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to support production workflows
  • Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and follow housekeeping and safety policies
  • Take responsibility for proper handling of raw materials and finished goods

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience in an operational or production environment
  • Experience performing machine operations, set-up/start-up/shut-down, and basic quality controls
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Attention to detail for semi-routine assignments
  • Familiarity with operational metrics such as output and scrap
  • Proficiency with SAP and MES systems
  • Ability to perform basic preventative maintenance tasks
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive motions
