Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) to support the 777 Leadership Development and Safety Risk Management team based out of Everett, WA. This role supports program leaders by helping design and deliver development, coaching, and changing activities that improve team performance and program outcomes. This role applies practical process-improvement and project management skills, facilitates group and one-on-one development activities, and works with cross-functional teams to translate observations and data into actionable plans that drive measurable improvements.
Job Responsibility
Design and facilitate Leadership learning experiences, workshops, and coaching sessions
Lead, develop and implement a strategy for Leadership Development for 777 Leadership team
Interact and provide timely, constructive feedback and coaching to Program Leadership to reinforce on-the-job application of learning
Conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Manage projects related to Leadership Development and Safety Management System initiatives, including planning, stakeholder coordination, and progress tracking
Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform development priorities and measure program impact
Develop clear, concise materials and communications (reports, executive summaries, training materials, and presentations) for diverse audiences
Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
Operate with general direction, exercise independent judgement, and escalate issues as needed to ensure program objectives are met
Assist SMS initiatives including data analysis and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders
Requirements
3+ years of experience in an Aerospace, Fabrication or Manufacturing environment
3+ years in a role that requires effective communication with employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
3+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
1+ years of experience coaching team members and leaders in an operations environment
Nice to have
Demonstrated experience planning, designing, and facilitating instructor-led workshops, training sessions, or leadership development events (virtual and in-person)
Experience conducting assessments of processes/practices, synthesizing observation and performance data, and producing actionable feedback
5+ years of relevant experience in continuous improvement, organizational development, leadership development, or change management — or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated experience using basic data analysis to drive decisions (Excel analytics, KPI development, metric tracking)
Prior experience designing and implementing leadership development strategies, curricula, or capability-building roadmaps
Track record of high-integrity facilitation that builds trust, psychological safety, and participant ownership of outcomes
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Organizational Development, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or other related field
Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Change Management, or facilitator/coach certifications
