They specialize in high-complexity, high-mix production, providing end-to-end system integration and sophisticated assembly services for various high-growth technology sectors.
Job Responsibility:
Operational Leadership: Manage end-to-end box build manufacturing, including assembly, integration, testing, and shipment of high-complexity equipment
Performance Management: Achieve Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS) targets through effective production planning and manpower management
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute production roadmaps to meet fluctuating customer demands and capacity ramp-up requirements
Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize productivity, improve yield, and reduce cycle times
Technical Integration: Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams on DFM (Design for Manufacturing), ECO implementations, and material readiness
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to EHS regulations, ISO standards, and specific industry requirements
Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of supervisors, engineers, and operators
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
8–12 years in manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a dedicated management role
Proven background in metal box build assembly, including knowledge of welding, coating/plating, and electrical functionality testing
Strong proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo)
Experience in high-mix, low-volume production environments and capital equipment manufacturing
Solid command of Lean Manufacturing principles and data-driven problem-solving (Six Sigma certification is an advantage)
