Job Description

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician at Alleima, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, reliability, and longevity of production equipment and facilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections
  • Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption
  • Assist in installing new equipment and ensuring proper setup and functionality
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance tasks

Requirements

  • Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Strong understanding of maintenance processes, tools, and best practices
  • Familiarity with PLC systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Basic computer skills
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and practices highly valued
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Certification or technical training in maintenance, industrial mechanics, or related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
