As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician at Alleima, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, reliability, and longevity of production equipment and facilities.
Job Responsibility
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections
Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption
Assist in installing new equipment and ensuring proper setup and functionality
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance tasks
Requirements
Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
Strong understanding of maintenance processes, tools, and best practices
Familiarity with PLC systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Basic computer skills
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and practices highly valued
High school diploma or GED required
Certification or technical training in maintenance, industrial mechanics, or related field preferred
Valid driver's license required
