Job Description

The Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) is designed to prepare candidates for technical or engineering roles in our manufacturing facilities while also providing them with early career training that will help them accelerate their careers. Upon completion of the program, participants can apply for management or technical positions. Manufacturing Leadership Program participants complete the entire program at the Owens Corning manufacturing facility in Klášterec nad Ohří – Foamglas division. During this time, they will be mentored by experienced technical and manufacturing professionals. Duration: The program lasts 24 months. Rotations: Participants participate in rotations in the following areas: Technical (12 months): Covers technical areas in support of technological processes. Production (6 months): Focuses on front-line leadership with a customer-centric approach and people management. Maintenance (6 months): Covers maintenance procedures, reliability, root cause analysis, supervision, and capital projects. All areas include aspects such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM methodology) and internal safety programs.
