Job Responsibility

Manage daily and global cycle counts, reconcile variances, and track performance metrics
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through audits and WIP reconciliation
Maintain ABC classification and other inventory control methodologies
Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for inventory issues
Coordinate material disposition and manage scrap, including IP and hazardous items
Publish monthly reports on inventory health, adjustments, and trends
Build dashboards and analytics in Power BI or Tableau
Manage inventory actions related to Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
Track excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory and lead shrinkage reduction efforts
Support ad hoc analysis and continuous improvement of inventory systems
