Job Description:

The Industry Market Unit Director for Manufacturing is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, growing, and executing HSO’s manufacturing go-to-market strategy. The role brings manufacturing industry expertise together with a modern understanding of Microsoft’s cloud, data, and AI-driven business applications to drive measurable business outcomes for clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Industry and market leadership, including defining and evolving HSO’s Manufacturing industry proposition and acting as HSO’s senior Manufacturing representative with customers, Microsoft, and industry bodies
  • Go-to-market and sales enablement through driving manufacturing-specific initiatives, campaigns, account strategies, and supporting bid and sales activity
  • Solution and capability development across Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Azure data, analytics, AI, and Copilot
  • Client and delivery oversight, including maintaining long-term executive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and value realisation
  • Leadership and collaboration across IMU Directors, Solution Line Directors, and Shared Services

Requirements:

  • Significant experience within the Manufacturing sector
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing trends including supply-chain resilience, smart manufacturing, and sustainability
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, including cloud, data, and AI
  • Ability to engage and influence at executive (C-level)
  • Strong commercial, leadership, and P&L management capability
