Job Responsibility:

Work On-the-Floor extensively to support manufacturing processes
Conduct quality checks using FARO Arm
Design & Implementation: Weld and assembly tooling
Assembly Process Planning
Material Handling Equipment Design
Create and update: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Change Notifications (CN), Description of Use (DOU) documentation
Systematic Layout Planning, Production Planning, and Control
Racking System Design for material stack-up
Design of Carts and Special Purpose Material Handling Devices
Design of Templates and Special Purpose Tools to improve productivity

Requirements:

5+ years of experience
3D Scan FaroArm experience with the ability to convert scanned data into 3D models
Hands-on experience with Quantum X FaroArm
Proficiency with Polyworks Software for post-processing measurement and scan data
Proficient in SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA
Weld tooling/templates handling experience (parts and components)
Complete Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering support
