Job Description:

We are partnering with a rapidly growing light industrial and manufacturing organization in Chicago seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive high‑volume hiring initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who excels in fast‑paced environments, operates with urgency, and is energized by directly impacting workforce growth. This is a contract position with strong potential for extension and follows a hybrid schedule, with frequent onsite presence required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume light industrial, warehouse, production, and manufacturing roles
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, operations leaders, and HR teams to understand workforce needs
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to skilled and unskilled industrial talent pipelines
  • Post job openings and manage recruitment marketing efforts across multiple platforms
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for manufacturing and industrial environments
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and operational stakeholders
  • Support the offer process, including compensation recommendations, start dates, and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain accurate candidate documentation and workflow tracking within the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations as well as internal hiring policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of high‑volume recruiting experience, ideally within light industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong preference for candidates with agency recruiting experience
  • corporate recruiting experience also considered
  • Proven ability to manage large requisition loads while maintaining quality and speed
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities
