Alleima USA LLC is seeking a results‑driven Manufacturing Flow Manager to lead one of our key production flows at our Clarks Summit, PA facility. This leader will be responsible for operational performance, including safety, quality, productivity, cost control, workforce capability, and on‑time delivery. As part of our operations leadership team, you will drive continuous improvement, partner with cross‑functional departments, and ensure a high‑performance culture while effectively supervising and collaborating within a unionized manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring flow stability, improving operational performance, and supporting the long‑term competitiveness of the site.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and employment regulations while promoting a strong safety culture
Provide full operational leadership for a designated manufacturing flow, ensuring excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Cost (SQDPC) performance
Lead, coach, and develop a team of hourly employees and frontline leaders while maintaining strong, constructive relationships in a union environment
Work collaboratively with union representatives and employees to promote fairness, clear communication, and consistent application of policies
Drive Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives, problem‑solving, and process‑stability projects
Manage workforce planning, training programs, skills development, and succession planning
Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and HR to improve reliability, throughput, and workflow
Use data and KPIs to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions
Lead cultural and organizational changes to improve engagement, communication, accountability, and teamwork
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business management, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
5–8+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably involving heavy industrial, metals, or complex production processes
Experience supervising, coaching, and collaborating within a unionized workforce
Demonstrated success applying Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
Proven ability to lead through change, influence cross‑functional teams, and develop talent at all levels
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with daily problem-solving and shifting priorities
