Job Responsibility
Drive UMS Deployment: Support the implementation of Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS) across Foods Europe BU sites, ensuring full alignment with global standards
Performance Improvement: Lead initiatives to boost OEE, reduce waste, and enhance net productivity through data-driven actions
Capability Building: Coach factory teams on UMS pillars, best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies
Governance & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Manufacturing Excellence standards and the MMP Code
Assessment Coordination: Plan UMS assessment activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Best Practice Management: Maximize the value of the Best Practice System by driving creation, replication, and sharing proven solutions
Benchmarking: Lead benchmarking activities and enhance systems for OEE, waste, and labor productivity at a granular level using the digital tools
Develop and strengthen OEE improvement plans
Support waste reduction programs
Data Analytics: Compile, analyze, and interpret factory performance data to identify sources of variance and improvement opportunities
Data Integrity: Ensure accurate, efficient manufacturing data collection and drive continual improvement in reporting processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field
3+ years in manufacturing excellence or continuous improvement roles
Strong knowledge of Lean, TPM, and WCM methodologies
Proven success in OEE, waste, and productivity improvement projects
Solid project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent in English

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Knowledge of Basic Lean Principles: Proficiency in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or WCM (World Class Manufacturing) or UMS (Unilever Manufacturing System) principles
Technical Reporting: Ability to prepare accurate and detailed technical reports
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Team Collaboration: Effective teamwork skills in a multinational environment
Microsoft Power Platform: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI and PowerApps
