Manufacturing Engineering Specialist - Stamping

In this Manufacturing Engineering Specialist role, you will be the primary technical authority for plant programs within the manufacturing facility. Your expertise will be focused on the maintenance and advancement of high-tech stamping equipment, including Transfer Presses, Blanking Presses, Hot Stamping Robotic Transfer Presses, 5-axis Laser Cutting Cells, and Real-Time Monitoring Systems. This is a comprehensive role where you will manage the lifecycle of equipment—from initial design and procurement to installation and full-scale production. In this role, you will be expected to drive efficiencies and challenge the status quo. You are someone who enjoys the autonomy of managing complex machinery and implementing alternative methods to improve productivity.
