Job Description

Under indirect supervision, it develops and maintains processes passionate about optimizing the use of manufacturing resources. Analyzes the conditions and capabilities of their areas and the equipment used in the manufacturing areas. Perform studies of times and movements. Participates in the introduction of new products and transfers from one location to another, as well as in the accurate implementation of engineering changes.

Job Responsibility

  • Documentation management and analysis. Verifies the machinability of products. Proposes design changes for manufacturability
  • Analyze capabilities based on volumes
  • Identifies needs and provides area, supplies, facilities, equipment and machinery
  • Design the flow and assembly method
  • Lay out design and maintenance
  • Production line balancing
  • Implement engineering changes
  • Establish manufacturing processes that impact quality, cost and production volumes
  • Continuously works on productivity projects to reduce costs
  • Ensure that facilities, equipment and tools are optimal
  • Provide the assembly method. Staff training

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering preferably or similar Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Systems)
  • English Proficient- 80-85 % (written and spoken)
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar position within a manufacturing environment
