Manufacturing Engineer

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement in productivity, efficiency, and quality
• Design and implement optimized production workflows, layouts, and tooling
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing and validating manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with safety and quality standards
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, scrap rate, and downtime
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for process-related issues
• Recommend and implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and cost-reduction initiatives
• Train production staff on new processes and equipment
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Experience in ERP/MES systems is a plus
