Job Responsibility

  • Lean Production Leadership: Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize processes, equipment, and techniques to reduce operational costs
  • Smart Manufacturing Implementation: Lead the planning and deployment of smart manufacturing technologies, including digital systems and automation solutions, to enhance factory digitization and intelligence
  • Digital & Lean Integration: Implement digital systems & tools in conjunction with lean methodologies to achieve process visualization and automation
  • Innovation & Competitiveness: Spearhead internal innovation projects to maintain competitive advantage

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience related to lean manufacturing and familiar with lean management
  • Familiar with digital systems and digital tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
