Job Description:

Sovereign Technologies, LLC has multiple openings in St. Louis, MO) Manufacturing Engineer : Troubleshoot new or existing product problems involving designs, materials, or processes. Create process flow map to understand assembly operations and components involved. Study the different possible failures for each operation to update PFMEA regularly. Work on CI cards and BIQ issues to resolve the issues without affecting the existing process line flow. Troubleshoot the critical defects using 2D drawings and cross functional meetings. Incorporate new manufacturing methods or processes to improve existing operations. Manage manufacturing related NPI tasks. Lead engineering change management team implement changes, approving the change notice, tool design and coordinated group of products to change and expertise in BOM management. Manage various assembly CapEx projects to acquire new assets required to build an NPI. Manage various Rapid Improvement Workshops (RIW) to improve the current assembly layout and material flow. Utilize Six Sigma methodology, MS Excel, CAPP+, and Teamcenter Vis mockup. Will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the US.
