The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Attach-and-Train) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand. The training programme is a 15 months of structured on-the-job training with GSK. This position reports to the Technical Operations Manager and is an integral member of Manufacturing Management Team. Job Responsibility:
Deliver process engineering (including automation) design, equipment commissioning and process performance qualifications associated with New Product Introductions and capital projects (manufacturing and utilities related)
Deliver equipment design standardization to meet current EHS, quality, process, operational, compliance and sustainability requirements
Collaborate with MSAT/R&D to evaluate and introduce new technology (including novel PAT applications and ‘lights out’ initiatives) to deliver transformation and improvement
Author/execute engineering, relevant qualification and manufacturing documents and change controls related to NPI and capital projects
Maintain and set up PAT systems (including periodic revision of attendant SOPs and WIs)
Requirements:
Degree in Chemical Engineering
