Job Responsibility:
Providing expert Manufacturing Engineering support to our suppliers, managing complex topics such as interchangeability, material alternatives, and deviation management
Evaluating part manufacturability and playing a key role in supplier selection, industrialization, and qualification processes
Leading or supporting high-impact improvement projects (Quality, Engineering, Procurement) focused on spare parts optimization, cost-reduction, and "Design for Manufacturing"
Acting as the Manufacturing Engineering representative for critical transfer of work activities across the global network
Assessing the industrial implications of aftermarket requirements and supporting audits to ensure the highest safety standards
Requirements:
A degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, General Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Core technical skills and professional experience and demonstrable references in aircraft engineering and engineering design office
Appropriate professional experience in Manufacturing, coupled with expertise in Supply Chain Management and related Procurement and Quality processes
Familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage
Strong communication skills with good stakeholder management
English at a negotiation level is required
Willingness to undertake irregular business travel worldwide
