An opportunity for Manufacturing engineer NC Programmer has arisen within Airbus Operations in Illescas (Toledo).

Job Responsibility:

  • CNC programming for different technologies.
  • Advanced modelling, flattening of non-ruled surfaces.
  • Support for programming activities of automatic cutting machines (GFM).
  • Support the design team in the initial phases of a product design to assure it will be able to be manufactured with given automatic means, looking for the less costly feasible solution.
  • Shopfloor support of different routines, parts execution, and technical point of view to solve manufacturing issues.

Requirements:

  • knowledge on CATIA V5 . Specific modules related to Composites design (CPD) Fast / advanced machining, Generative Shape design
  • Knowledge on manufacturing processes regarding CFRP structures (including sandwich structures) where manual or automatic lay-up, trimming, cutting machines are used
  • Experience in CNC programming for CFRP structures: layup, cutting, trimming…
  • MTORRES/CINCINNATI layup machines
  • GFM of MTORRES cutting machines
  • MTORRES, FLOW, PAR trimming machines.
