Job Responsibility:

  • Read technical drawings and analyze given 3D solid model
  • Generating optimum tool path using NX2406 on 3, 4 & 5-axis machines
  • Selection of the cutting tools & its cutting parameter (cutting speed, depth of cut, etc.)
  • Preparing tool lists, setup sheets
  • Ability to define and troubleshoot manufacturing/machining processes
  • Prove-out support

Requirements:

  • Min 1+ years of CNC Programming using NX2406 on 3, 4 & 5-Axis Machines
  • Hands on experience in SIEMENS 810D, 840D, FANUC & HeidenHain control
  • Good knowledge of cutting tools
  • Good Knowledge of cutting parameters needed for Aluminum alloys, Steel, Titanium, Inconel, etc…
  • GD&T proficiency
  • Experience: 2 to 6 years
  • Qualification: B.E – Mechanical or Equivalent
