Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer Assembly, you will join the Value Stream OB&S (One Blade & Shavers). In this pivotal role, you will support the assembly of the flagship OneBlade devices and shavers across process, technical, and organizational domains. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who thrives on a blend of daily operational troubleshooting and long-term, strategic optimization. You will analyze and resolve bottlenecks, control advanced processes, and transfer knowledge to shop-floor staff, while also collaborating on multidisciplinary, innovative projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor, manage, and safeguard the stability and efficiency of high-tech assembly lines
  • Systematically analyze and resolve technical and organizational bottlenecks within production to maximize uptime and quality
  • Develop and implement enhancements for existing processes, tooling, and manufacturing concepts
  • Act as a technical mentor by training and supporting operators and technical maintenance staff
  • Work seamlessly within innovative, multidisciplinary project teams and maintain smooth communication with internal departments and external suppliers

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree (HBO) in a relevant technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics
  • Several years of professional experience as an engineer within an automated, high-volume production environment
  • Professional proficiency in the Dutch language

Nice to have

Strong familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and continuous improvement techniques
