Job Description

We are seeking Manufacturing Engineers with experience supporting utilities, facilities, and HVAC systems within regulated manufacturing environments. This role will support critical pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and infrastructure projects focused on system reliability, compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining plant utility systems including HVAC, chilled water, steam, compressed air, and process gas systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain facility utility systems
  • Support HVAC, chilled water, steam, compressed air, and process gas infrastructure
  • Develop and review P&IDs, equipment specifications, engineering calculations
  • Support capital projects including design review, installation, commissioning, qualification activities
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and project teams
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA/EMA regulations, and internal engineering standards
  • Support reliability and uptime for 24/7 manufacturing operations

Requirements

  • Experience supporting utilities, facilities, and HVAC systems within regulated manufacturing environments
  • Hands-on experience designing, troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining plant utility systems including HVAC, chilled water, steam, compressed air, and process gas systems
  • Experience supporting regulated manufacturing operations with knowledge of cGMP standards, FDA/EMA compliance, commissioning, qualification, and validated systems
  • Ability to perform root-cause analysis, improve equipment reliability, and support capital projects from design through startup and commissioning
