Manufacturing Electro-Mechanical Technician II

• Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, ensuring proper use of materials and adherence to shop standards
• Perform production assembly, rework, troubleshooting, and in-process repairs, while documenting improvements for future builds
• Set up, operate, and adjust equipment
• conduct minor preventative maintenance in alignment with safety, quality, and efficiency guidelines
• Conduct tests, collect and analyze data using defined tools and software
• inspect and verify product quality during and after engineering builds
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement and refine manufacturing and testing methods
• Accurately document build results and observations during engineering development cycles in a clear and concise manner

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with both mechanical and electrical systems
• Proven experience in assembly and testing within a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with interpreting schematics, models, and work instructions
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in standard software tools
• Comfortable working in a production or factory setting, including on elevated platforms (10+ ft)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks as required
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, with excellent motor skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and solid organizational abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment and adapt to shifting priorities
• Experience in electrical wiring installation, troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, and executing time-sensitive tasks under pressure

Welding and fabrication experience is highly desirable
