Manufacturing Digital Transformation Manager

• Drive the transformation of Wroclaw plant to become a digitized factory as a part of our 'factory of the future'-vision
• Define digital initiatives, implement digital solution and deliver expected effects on time, coordinate and manage people, budget and all related tasks
• Acting as a leader you are responsible for transformation of value-streams towards industry 4.0
• By implementing I4.0 solutions within production and logistic processes you will support internal customers to achieve level of excellence
• Focus on understanding and translating operational needs to solution-level architecture and process improvement
• Being the leader for I4.0 business you are representing Wroclaw plant in front of internal and external customers and serve as a change agent
• Build-up expert level of competency on Data Roles and Scout-It solutions within your area of responsibility

• Completed university studies (bachelor's degree/diploma/PhD) in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable subject
• Professional experience in managing IT projects in big organization with standard methodology (scrum is a plus)
• Proven leadership of successful digital transformation projects as well as managing team of direct reporters
• Strong ability to translate operational needs to solution
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptable to dynamic project needs and/or working environment
• Solution-oriented as well as thinking and acting strategically
• Very good communication skills in written and spoken English and Polish
• PMP/Prince2/PSM certification is a plus
