Job Description:

Working as Part-time Manufacturing Customer Service Support, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of our Customer Service Department. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working directly with customers via telephone and email
  • Entering and confirming customer purchase orders
  • Maintaining in-house filing of department paperwork
  • Maintaining customer profiles in the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
  • Working on special projects as directed by Manager
  • Updating department metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Prior administrative work experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Knowledge of Inside Sales/Customer Service principles and practices
  • Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
  • Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
  • Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
  • Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment
