Working as Part-time Manufacturing Customer Service Support, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of our Customer Service Department. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
Job Responsibility:
Working directly with customers via telephone and email
Entering and confirming customer purchase orders
Maintaining in-house filing of department paperwork
Maintaining customer profiles in the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
Working on special projects as directed by Manager
Updating department metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required
Requirements:
18 years of age or older
Prior administrative work experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
Knowledge of Inside Sales/Customer Service principles and practices
Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Work independently as well as in a team environment
