Job Description

As a Buyer, your mission is to ensure a consistent and sustainable supply of raw materials to meet production demands and support the sites’ production schedule. They play a key role in developing operational buying capabilities through supplier management, process improvement, and team collaboration to strengthen the department’s ability to support business needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the procurement of raw materials to ensure consistent supply aligned with production schedules
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating terms and monitoring performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, production, and commercial teams to align purchasing activities with business needs and strategic goals
  • Support the development of operational buying processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
