Job Description:

The Manufacturing and Logistics Controller is responsible for managing the finances for the entire Manufactuing & Logistics (ML) department and cost center. The individual in this role will also track, manage, predict, and analyze efficiencies within ML.

Job Responsibility:

  • Factory budget including definition of the hourly rates and overhead rates
  • approving invoices and creating purchase requisitions
  • Monthly financial reporting for factory management, weekly and monthly factory financial forecast
  • Cost variance analysis on manufacturing orders, financially advise cost center managers and control expenses
  • Month-end / year-end closings
  • Defining, implementing, and track efficiency measures
  • support department with ROI calculation for investments
  • propose cost saving measures to management

Requirements:

  • Commercial or business administration education
  • Professional experience in a similar function in an industrial company
  • Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO and MS Office
  • Ability to understand and explain commercial correlations
  • Ability to work at all levels within the business liaising with other managers and staff
  • High motivation to drive change
