Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Process work order closures, including material usage reconciliation
  • Compare planned build to customer need date and track on time completion
  • Support all Pipe &/or Connections manufacturing activities
  • Enter PO receivers for assets and outside services
  • Coordinate month end activities required for timely closing process
  • Involvement in any future continuous improvement project implementation
  • Assist with the execution of coordination Objectives of the Baseline & Latest Thinking Forecast Manufacturing Plans
  • Utilize ERP Material Planning & Manufacturing Windows
  • Assist in issuance of Production Release Notices and ERP Manufacturing Work Orders for all Production Runs
  • Assist with issuing raw material if necessary
  • Tracking of actual Manufacturing Output against Budgeted & Planned
  • Assist with maintaining Manufacturing Planning Systems & Controls
  • Assist with inventory counts
  • Monitor packaging assets
  • Report Daily & Weekly Metrics
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate degree or 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge & proficient skills using Microsoft Office & ERP Visual Enterprise
  • Effective written & oral communication skills
  • Experience with Inventory Planning
  • This position may require: Pre-employment drug screening
