Job Description:

We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for a Shift Coordinator to join our manufacturing site. This is a fantastic role giving you great contacts and a wide knowledge base to prepare you for a future with great development and stretch at Morrisons.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review daily production plans
  • Support Team Managers to ensure efficient running and production delivery on time and in full
  • Ensure labour plans are in place and review them on a daily, weekly and 6 weekly basis to allocate appropriate resources
  • Support Team Managers with note taking for meetings, team briefs, updating colleague communication boards and general administration of Production lines
  • Generate daily and weekly information to support performance reviews and improvement activities
  • Work with new product development teams to coordinate and plan trials

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to prioritise your own and others workload with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and respond to their feedback
  • Experience of using Oracle (or similar systems)
  • Generally computer literate
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service every day
  • Collaborative and inclusive approach to problem solving
  • Good working knowledge of manufacturing/production
