Job Description

We are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing business based in Bradford (BD4) who are looking to recruit an experienced Manufacturing Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, fixed term contract to cover maternity leave until July 2027, with potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.

Job Responsibility

  • Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
  • Offering administrative support to ensure production runs efficiently
  • Monitoring stock levels of materials and placing orders accordingly
  • Production scheduling to meet customer and business requirements
  • Completing daily administration, including issuing orders
  • Sales order processing using the company's ERP system
  • Tracking orders, updating delivery schedules, and keeping customers informed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role within a manufacturing or production environment would be highly advantageous
  • You'll be organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
