Context: Has practical knowledge of the application of standard hardware and software tools, specialized procedures and processes acquired by advanced skills training or relevant working experience. Acts as secondary support for Assemblers up to JG04. Coordinates and communicates with team members and colleagues of supporting departments (such as First Line Support, Planning, SI and SP) on work related matters. Communicates within area of expertise on such a level, that he/she is perceived as an expert by other team members and colleagues of Planning, SI and SP. Works from instructions and handles exceptions on the basis of methods and precedents, is inventive in finding solutions and assists manager in prioritization and planning but works within a variety of well-defined technical procedures and practices. Makes recommendations for improvement actions. Works under distant supervision, focused on progress and results. Knows the process of build and/or system and contributes to solving technical issues and improvement initiatives in product or manufacturing process related to own area of expertise. Dealing with customers is primarily concerned with requesting or providing information, courtesy and tact is required. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Job Responsibility:
Performs all relevant technical activities, based on the standard Assembly procedures, guidelines and handbook
Ensures Milestone Progress is met at the end of each shift and drives Milestone Progress across Shifts of and Cabins
Is able to lead own cabin team and is able to represent the own cabin team for technical matters throughout the shift
Is up to speed with technical matters of own and other cabins in same Milestone
Keep up with relevant developments in own field of expertise, acquire relevant (new product / process) information, define knowledge gaps in own discipline / team and ensure the development and/or exchange of knowledge among colleagues
Request, receive, check and store materials, tools / equipment and/or ASML products, prepare for distribution and ensure distribution to (internal or external) clients
May deal with customers requesting or providing information
Is mindful of checking for quality of materials throughout the build process
Contribute actively to realization of the introduction and integration of new products and/or processes in logistics / production, taking into account test protocols and applicable operations and guidelines
Coordinates and/or executes a variety of manufacturing activities, monitor and/or supervise production activities and if necessary (contribute to) solve technical problems, according to established procedures and guidelines
Works from instructions and handles exceptions on the basis of methods and precedents
Finds solutions and assists manager in prioritization and planning

Takes part in implementation of improvements and optimizations
Register and administrate information and transactions regarding material, tools / equipment and/or ASML products and provide relevant reports to internal and external parties (e.g. Shift transfer)
Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources using standard formats
Detect, report and complete registration of DN's, MN's
Provide appropriate support and assistance to less experienced ASML departments, colleagues or local personnel as necessary

Requirements:
Secondary vocational education with substantial experience or Bachelor degree with limited experience
Hands-on experience preferably with mechanical and/or electrical parts using precisions tools
