Requirements:

Check compliance to procedures and guidelines regarding quality, safety and health across areas and teams
Encourages safety mindset and acts as role model to others in regard to health and safety and holds others accountable
Follow the organization's HS&E policies, procedures and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate risks
Responsible for Health & Safety for own work center
Ensures that learnings are proactively shared within the department and Followed-up
Cascades targets, appraises and develops (the cooperation between) employees
Develops direct reports by coaching them, assigning new tasks, guides on skills and knowledge development
Can be responsible for natural team development
Ensures retnetion and development of critical knowledge and capabilities within functional area
Direct and drive the realization of planned results and operational KPIs for the own team

Science / Engineering bachelor/master degree, Optical engineering is preferred
At least 2 years of experience leading a team, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration
