Job Responsibility

Consolidate technical findings, risks, and recommendations into clear conclusions to support management alignment and operational prioritization
Own high-impact, recurring, and long-duration optics-related disturbances across YieldStar manufacturing lines
Coordinate cross-functional resources including D&E (Optics, Mechatronics, Software & Control), Manufacturing Engineering, Technical Support Engineers, and Production Engineers
Identify escalation triggers, risk exposure, and containment actions to minimize machine downtime and prevent issue recurrence
Perform structural analysis to identify systemic gaps in optical design, calibration methods, diagnostics, or manufacturing execution
Drive the development, validation, and deployment of Best-Known Methods (BKM) related to optical alignment, calibration, sensing, and diagnostics across product lines
Ensure optics-related improvements are standardized and sustainably implemented
