Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing principles, experience with Citrix environments, and the ability to work with various tools and technologies to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.

Job Responsibility:

Test Case Design and Execution: Create, execute, and document test plans and test cases
File Structuring: Organize and structure flat files in various formats
Log Analysis: Analyze logs via web interfaces to identify issues
API Testing: Generate and execute API test cases using Postman
Network Analysis: Perform network, console, and application analysis in web browsers
Citrix Gateway Testing: Test and validate applications and systems within Citrix environments
Agile Collaboration: Work closely with development teams and stakeholders using Agile methodologies
Network Troubleshooting: Work with network components such as switches, IP addressing, firewalls, DNS, and whitelisting
Collaboration Tools: Use tools like JIRA for bug tracking and Confluence for documentation

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Manual Tester
Exposure to Citrix environments or similar tools
Strong understanding of API testing and tools like Postman
Familiarity with file structuring and version control tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins)
Experience with network analysis and troubleshooting (e.g., DNS, firewalls, IP addressing)
Proficiency in using collaboration and bug-tracking tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Knowledge of Citrix Gateway and its functionalities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
