Job Responsibility

  • Daily platform monitoring
  • Run daily checks across the live platform to verify core functionality, pricing accuracy, and availability data
  • Be the first to spot regressions and anomalies before users report them
  • Own bug documentation from identification to resolution in Jira
  • Release validation
  • Execute end-to-end test cases for new features across web, Android, and iOS
  • Perform smoke and sanity tests before every production release
  • Make pragmatic quality calls under time pressure
  • Test coverage & tooling
  • Maintain and improve test cases and test data
  • Use Chrome DevTools to investigate front-end issues and analyze root causes
  • Perform basic API testing with Postman
  • Contribute to automation scripts over time (Selenium, Appium)
  • Collaboration & quality culture
  • Work directly with developers to make sure bugs are clearly understood and fixed quickly
  • Join feature discussions early to spot testing risks before development starts
  • Be the quality voice in the team - not just at the end of the process
  • Act as the main internal advocate for the user experience

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a testing or QA role but curiosity and mindset matter more than years
  • A natural eye for detail: you notice when something looks or behaves wrong
  • Comfortable testing across multiple devices and browsers simultaneously
  • At ease with Chrome DevTools for basic debugging
  • Logical thinker who can prioritize bugs by impact, not just severity
  • Clear written English for bug reports
  • Genuine interest in consumer-facing digital products

  • E2E testing: Execute detailed manual and automated end-to-end test cases for new features, regression testing, and system integration testing across Web, Android, and iOS devices
  • Defect triage & prevention: Accurately identify, reproduce, and document software defects and discrepancies, providing clear steps, expected results, and impact analysis in our bug tracking system (Jira). Your goal is zero user-reported bugs
  • Release assurance: Participate actively in release cycles, performing final smoke and sanity tests to ensure high quality before every production deployment
  • Test case maintenance: Update, and maintain robust test cases and test data in our test management tool, ensuring test coverage remains high
