Experience as manual QA or QA course certificate
Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
English level — upper-intermediate
Understanding of the development processes and software lifecycle
Knowledge of theory and principles of testing
Knowledge of UI usability principles
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and browser developer tool
Basic knowledge of WordPress (Install theme as a demo, creation of custom posts etc.)

Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

Job Responsibility

Test custom web projects and WordPress/Shopify themes and plugins on different platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile) and browsers following our internal QA Documentation and QA checklist
Test frontend user interface and backend functionality, Technical SEO, Speed Optimization, SSL
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Participate in planning meetings and prepare manual tests for each cycle
Investigate project quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
Identify and report bugs and errors to development teams, track bugs, monitor debugging process results
Collaborate with the project development team to ensure consistent project execution and correct bugs and errors, analyze test results
Work within an Agile framework to collaborate with other team members in the development of product features

Solid expertise in web-based and mobile application testing
Good understanding of web and mobile technologies
Proficiency in testing REST APIs and other web services

Proven ability to create clear and structured test documentation

Job Responsibility

Actively participate in the software development lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality at all stages
Write, review, and maintain clear testing plans, test cases, and related documentation
Develop and implement effective testing strategies, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and up-to-date test suites
Perform manual and exploratory testing to validate functionality and uncover hidden issues
Identify, report, and prioritize reproducible defects with clear, actionable steps
Work closely with developers to resolve issues quickly and effectively

Strong understanding of SDLC and mobile release trains (feature flags, build types, staged rollouts, crash & analytics tooling)
Clear, proactive communication—align with developers and product on requirements, test plans, and test strategies without supervision
Proven end-to-end ownership of sprint QA (scope/priorities, daily progress, blockers, timely sign-off)
Testing on real devices and emulators/simulators

Partner with developers & PMs to clarify requirements/acceptance criteria, risks, and success metrics
Network-aware testing (airplane mode, 2G/3G throttling, packet loss) using proxies and emulator/simulator tools
API validation for mobile backends (manual REST verification, contracts, edge cases)
Data/analytics validation (events, funnels, attribution) against tracking specs
Release readiness: build verification, smoke suites, sanity checks
