Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan WMOS Functional Lead to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and maintaining Manhattan Associates’ Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS) to support seamless warehouse operations. You will ensure accuracy in how inventory is received, moved, picked, shipped, and reported. As a key player, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including operations, SAP, and integration specialists—to validate WMOS functionality, resolve system or data misalignments, and provide innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

Job Responsibility:

  • Validate that WMOS behaves correctly according to operational rules and integration specifications
  • Analyze inventory snapshots and discrepancy reports to identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with SAP and integration teams to address root causes of misalignments
  • Lead functional design, configuration, and testing activities for WMOS
  • Support training, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization
  • Monitor WMOS performance and drive continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for WMOS functionality, guiding both business and IT stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Manhattan WMOS solutions
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Certification in Manhattan WMOS or related modules preferred
  • Experience with SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence) for reporting and BI
  • Proven background in high-volume warehouse environments, eCommerce, or 3PL operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field
What we offer:
  • The chance to work with a Manhattan Silver Partner and leader in supply chain innovation
  • Exposure to cutting-edge automation, cloud, and integration technologies
  • The opportunity to help build our newly established European operations (since 2024)
  • Flexible working model: part-time remote work, time in our Utrecht office, and occasional on-site client engagement
  • A collaborative and multicultural environment with teams in the USA, Netherlands, and India
  • Competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth
  • Direct involvement in high-impact supply chain transformation projects
