Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Manhattan Warehouse Application Configuration Analyst to support and optimize the configuration of Manhattan Associates' Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, configuring the application to support warehouse operations, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Configure and maintain the Manhattan WMS application to meet operational needs
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into system configurations
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations, IT, and vendors to implement solutions
  • Perform system testing, validation, and documentation of configuration changes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS (WMOS, Active, or SCALE)
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics workflows
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and support
  • Ability to create documentation and support user training

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SQL and scripting for data analysis and configuration
  • Familiarity with supply chain systems and integrations
