Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan TMS Trainer / Consultant to deliver training and provide functional/technical expertise on Manhattan Transportation Management System (TMS).

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver training on Manhattan TMS functionalities and modules
  • Conduct sessions on: Transportation Planning & Execution
  • Conduct sessions on: Load Building & Optimization
  • Conduct sessions on: Carrier Management
  • Conduct sessions on: Freight Audit & Settlement
  • Conduct sessions on: Reporting & Analytics
  • Provide real-world logistics and supply chain use cases
  • Support content review, validation, and training material preparation
  • Assist participants with queries and troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Manhattan TMS
  • Knowledge of: Supply Chain & Logistics processes
  • Knowledge of: Transportation Planning & Optimization
  • Knowledge of: Integration with ERP/WMS systems
  • Experience in configuration, implementation, or support of TMS solutions
  • Good communication and training skills
  • 10+ Years of experience

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience as a trainer or consultant
  • Experience in delivering online training sessions
  • Exposure to Manhattan Active TMS (added advantage)
