Sopra Steria is looking for a Manhattan Active Omni Module Lead with experience in supporting E-Commerce Projects, managing order management applications, ticket management, and providing 24x7 support. The role requires good stakeholder management skills and a focus on achieving preset KPIs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support for E-Commerce Project
  • Manage Order management application
  • Resolving tickets and monitoring the application dashboard
  • Working in shift 24X7 and capable to manage the team 24x7
  • Focus on KPI set by onshore and customer and organization

  • Good working experience Manhattan Omni Active (Support + Maintenance + Configuration)
  • Manage Order management application
