Shape the future of European innovation by supporting next-generation Venture Capital initiatives from the heart of Luxembourg's financial district. Our partner is a leading international financial institution based in Kirchberg. As a key driver of innovation funding, this organization operates in a prestigious, multilingual environment dedicated to fostering economic growth across the European Union. To support the expansion of Late-stage Venture Capital programs, they are seeking a highly analytical and relationship-driven professional for a strategic mission.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the operational management of late-stage venture capital programs and the development of successor initiatives
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including mandators, policymakers, and private investors, ensuring seamless communication between internal and external teams
  • Draft high-level notes, presentations, and briefings for governance bodies to promote and update on initiative progress
  • Assist in preparing legal documentation and negotiations, while conducting market intelligence and monitoring ongoing investment deployments.

Requirements:

  • University degree (Bachelor's minimum) in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector or consultancy, with a strong preference for Venture Capital or Private Equity
  • Excellent command of English (written and oral)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • A collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in other EU languages is considered a distinct advantage
  • Prior experience handling legal documents is a plus.
